Services
Four areas. In practice they almost always come together: an application without solid infrastructure and clear integrations does not last long.
Web applications
Internal tools and customer-facing services: admin panels, customer portals, reference data, reporting. We work in Python and TypeScript; the database is PostgreSQL or whatever you already run.
Every project is handed over with database migrations, environment configuration and instructions that let someone who has never seen the code bring it up.
Infrastructure
Servers, containers and network services, installed and maintained. Backups are verified by actually restoring them, not by assuming the copies are fine. Monitoring comes with alerts that somebody reads.
Integrations
Data exchange with ERPs, CRMs, payment providers and delivery services. The interesting cases are systems with no documentation: there we work out the API first and write code second.
Technical review
We go through an existing project and report what works, what is held together by hope, and what will break first. The output is a prioritised report, not a list of two hundred findings.
We quote after a conversation rather than from a price list. In this kind of work the scope is set by the details, not by the category of service.
