About
MintFlex has been running since 2019. In that time we have shipped around forty projects, from small internal tools to services used by tens of thousands of people.
How we are organised
Five people: three developers, one infrastructure engineer, and one person who talks to clients and writes the documentation. There is no separate project manager; whoever does the work runs it.
We work remotely. The office on Kalevankatu is mostly used for meetings.
Principles
- Do not start work we believe the client does not need.
- Do not leave behind code that only we can maintain.
- Give the dates we are prepared to stand behind, not the ones that sound good.
